Update Instructor Seminar

Per Rule 58H .0302(d) : Prior to teaching any Update course, an approved instructor shall take the Commission's annual Update Instructor Seminar for the current license period.
Per Rule 58H .0302(d) : The UIS shall not be used as the "real estate instructor educational program of at least six hours" that is required for renewal of instructor approval.
Registration fee $0.00
NO CE credit (Update or Elective) is offered for attendance in the Update Instructor Seminar.

MAKE CERTAIN THAT YOU REGISTER FOR THE CORRECT SESSION

Some months, the Update Instructor Seminar (UIS) is delivered IN PERSON at various locations that are noted throughout the state. Other months it is delivered via synchronous distance learning (ZOOM). Pay attention to the course date for which you are registering and whether it is an IN PERSON session or a session offered via ZOOM.
