Examination Candidate Roster ($15 fee required)
The License Examination Candidate Roster or Applicant Roster is compiled on the 3rd business day following the 1st and 15th of each month. Each roster will contain information for all license applicants who have been issued a notice of examination eligibility for examination during the period covered by the roster. Many of the applicants listed will have already taken their examination by the end of the period covered by the roster and some will have already been issued a license. The file contains the following information in a comma delimited file: Applicant Name, Test Type, Test Date, Delivery Address, City, State, Zip, Application ID, Application Purpose.

NCREC Licensee List ($15 fee required)
The NCREC Licensee List is compiled by the 3rd business day following the 1st and 15th of each month. Each roster will contain information from all current licensees during the period covered by the roster. List contains the following information in a comma delimited file: License No., Licensee Name, Broker Level, Firm, Address, City, State, Zip, BIC Name, County, Status, Fax, Email, Phone, BIC License No/Indicator, CE Course Info.

New Licensee Register ($15 fee required)
The New Licensee Register is compiled by the 3rd business day following the end of the month. Each roster will contain information for all persons who were issued a license during the period covered by the roster. This includes persons licensed after passing the license examination and former licensees whose licenses were reinstated after having been expired for more than 6 months. List contains the following information in a comma delimited file: License No, Licensee Name, Broker Level, License Status, Delivery Address, City, State, Zip, County.

NCREC CE Deficiency List ($15 fee required)
The NCREC CE Deficiency List is compiled by the 3rd business day following the 1st and 15th of each month. This list is available from January - June of each year and contains licensees who have not satisfied the current year continuing education requirements. List contains the following information in a comma delimited file: License No., Licensee Name, Firm, Address, City, State, Zip, Email, Phone.
