Information RE: Education and License Requirements

On April 15, 2020, the Commission voted to approve emergency rule 58G .0106, which extends the moratorium on in-person courses through the end of June. Courses may continue to be delivered via synchronous distance learning during this period - CE courses through June 10, and Pre & Postlicensing courses through June 30. To view the rule, go to the Commission’s homepage.

Q: May schools and sponsors offer in-person courses during this period?
A: No. All in-person classes must be cancelled or suspended through June 30, 2020.
