Residential Property Disclosure Act

As reported in the Fall Bulletin, an amendment to the Residential Property Disclosure Act, effective December 1, 1997, authorizes and directs the Real Estate Commission to develop a new Residential Property Disclosure Statement for use on and after October 1, 1998. Please see page 5 of this current Bulletin for the date, time and place for the rulemaking hearing to consider the adoption of the Statement and the adoption, amendment and repeal of other rules. A draft of the proposed Statement is included for your review .
