James E. Scarbrough, Assistant Attorney General and Legal Counsel to the North Carolina Real Estate Licensing Board, has been name y Educational Testing Service (ETS) of Princeton, New Jersey to serve on the Legal Review Panel for its Real Estate Licensing Examination program.
The panel is composed of attorneys who represent the real estate licensing agencies of several states which administer real estate examinations developed by ETS, and its function is to review questions of a legal nature which are being -proposed for use on licensing examinations.
The Board congratulates Jim on his appointment to this important position.
