S. 93A-6(a)(4)- Acted for more than one party in a transaction without the knowledge of all parties; G.S. 93A-6(a)(1 2)- Deposited   $8 , 000 earnest money deposit in his personal checking account; and G.S. 93A-6(a)(14)- Failed to deliver a closing statement to purchaser.

CHARLES LEROY GALLMAN - Lexington - . Broker's License No. 27786- Reprimanded for violation of G.S. 93A-6(a)(8)- Failed to supervise Ruth E. Summit, Salesman I s License No. 37293 in her transactions with Ina P. Stroud, Jimmy Murdock and Peoples Savings and Loan.

GAIL W. GOODSON - Gastonia - By consent, Broker License No, 41694 surrendered and Salesman License issued due to prior conviction of criminal offense.

AMOS C. LAVENDER - Cary - Broker's License No. 25520-Revoked for violation of G.S. 93A-6(a)(8); G.S. 93A-6(a)(1 2)- Used money in his escrow account to pay personal bills and failed to keep adequate records of the funds in his escrow account; G.S. 93A-6(a)(1 3)- Failed to deliver to the buyer within a reasonable period of time a copy of the contract of sale; G. S. 93A-6(a)(1 5)- Rule .0108-Failure to retain records of all transactions as a real estate broker for a period of three years.

WILLIAM E. MANUEL, JR. - Raleigh - Broker's License N o. 22790-Revoked for violation of G.S. 93A-6(aX7)- Failed, within a reasonable time, to remit $500.00 to its rightful owner; G. S. 93A-6(a)(1 2) -Commingled the $500.00 with his personal funds and drew an insufficient funds check on his personal account to his principal in the sum of $500.00.

CLEATUS G. NORTON - Asheville - Broker's License No. 3039-Revoked for violation of G.S. 93A-6(a)(l2)- Failed to maintain and deposit in an escrow account $5,000.00 earnest money received by him while acting as a real estate broker and commingled the $5,000.00 with his personal funds; G.S. 93A-6(a)(8) and (10)-Engaged in improper dealing by temporarily converting the $5,000.00 to his own use.

SIDNEY MURRELL SALLING - Wilmington - Broker's License No. 26683-Revoked for violation of G.S. 93A-6(a) -Convicted in the Superior Court of New Hanover County of the offense of felonious conspiracy to commit larceny.

ROBERT J. STEWART - Greensboro - Broker's License No. 21256 -Suspended for six (6) months for violation of G.S. 93A-6(a)(8) and (12)-Failed to deposit $400.00 1 n escrow, issued a worthless check for the co-commission, and failed to keep adequate records of escrow monies.

S. 93A-6(a)(l)- Prepared an offer to purchase containing incorrect information; also the offer to purchase was altered with her knowledge but without the seller's knowledge or consent; G.S. 93A-6(a)(8)-Did not deliver or cause to be delivered to either Ina Stroud or Linda Stroud Frazier a completed copy of the sales contract.
