BOARD ORDER REVERSED

The North Carolina Court of Appeals has reversed the order of the Licensing Board suspending the broker's license of M. D. Woodard of Jacksonville for ninety days for violation of G.S. 93A-6 (a) (8) of the North Carolina Real Estate Licensing Low. Proceeding to be remanded to the North Carolina Real Estate Licensing Board for vacation of license suspension.
