A recent judgment of the Licensing Board revoking the broker's license of Kenneth Foscue, Foscue Realty, Atlantic Beach, was modified by the Superior Court of Carteret County as a result of on appeal by the respondent. The Court decreed the respondent's license be suspended for a period of one year effective October 2, 1974.
