Licensees Must
Report Convictions
Rule A.0113 requires any licensee who is convicted of a
misdemeanor or felony or who has disciplinary action taken against him or her
by any other professional licensing board to file a report with the Real Estate
Commission.
The
reporting requirement includes convictions for driving while impaired (“DWI”).
The report must be filed within sixty (60) days of the final judgment or board
action.
