1. The TrustAccount Short Course is designed to bring participants up
to date on current laws, rules and procedures governing the handling of client funds and
to assist real estate firms in developing good bookkeeping and recordkeeping practices.
2. Participation is limited to real estate licensees and trust account
bookkeepers. (No unlicensed prelicensing students please.)
3. These courses are FREE. Courses will be conducted at the Commission
Office and will begin at 1:00 p.m. and end at approximately 4:30 p.m.
4. To register for the course, telephone the Real Estate Commissions
Education Department (919-733-9580) at least 10 days prior to the course. Please have your
real estate license number (if any) handy! A registration confirmation and directions to
the Commission Office will be sent to each registrant.
5. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
After the course scheduled for the "Primary Date" is full, additional
registrants will be scheduled for the "Overflow Date."
