This booklet, which is co-published by the Commission and the UNC Sea Grant College Program, contains helpful facts and advice for prospective buyers of all types of vacation real estate along North Carolinas coast.

The Commission will provide copies of this booklet free of charge to coastal area real estate fines who want to distribute it to their customers as a public relations gesture.
