In the event that any licensee shall advertise in any manner using a firm name, a corporate name, or an assumed name which does not set forth the name of the licensee, he shall first notify the Board in writing of such name or names, and also notify the Board of all certificates filed in compliance with G.S. 66-68, giving the office of the County Register of Deeds in which any certificate has been filed and the dote of such filing.
