The 24th annual Realtors' Institute (second session) will be held in Chapel Hill on December 5-11, 1971. The Institute is a joint venture of the North Carolina Real Estate Educational Foundation and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and is designed to further elevate and professionalize the real estate business through the education of the Realtor and his associates.
