In other legislative action, the General Assembly amended C.S. 20-286(11) relating to the definition of "motor vehicle dealer" to provide that the term ,'motor vehicle dealer" shall not include "A licensed real estate broker or salesman who sells a mobile home for the owner as an incident to the sale of land upon which the mobile home is located."

Therefore, effective July 1, 1983, licensed real estate brokers and salesmen will be exempted from the licensing requirements for motor vehicle dealers when selling mobile homes under the above conditions.
