Senior Commission Investigator James K. Clinard has been named by the National
Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (NARELLO) as a finalist for Investigator
of the Year. A former highway patrolman, Jim has over 26 years' service with the
Commission. He was honored in 1981 as recipient of NARELLO's Certified Real Estate
Investigator designation.
Jim and his wife Minnie reside in Colfax, North Carolina. They have five children and two
grandchildren
